at ASBURY THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY

The Six Days of Creation Workshop at Asbury Theological Seminary in the rural Bluegrass town of Wilmore, KY is offered as a retreat with lodging and meal services provided at Asbury Inn. The workshop is open to 30 students and begins with an introductory lecture at 7 p.m. on Sunday, August 5. The workshop ends Saturday, August 11 at 11:30 a.m. Make travel plans accordingly. Tuition fee of $775 includes instruction, course manual and all materials needed to complete an icon. The fee for six nights lodging and three meals a day is $475. Total retreat package fee is $1,250. Commuters are welcome to join the workshop and pay for meals only at a cost of $250 for the week. Total cost for commuters is $1025.
To register, a nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required to be placed on the participant list. Space is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Deadline for payment in full is July 15, 2012. You may use PayPal (enter yourpay by check or money order and send to:

Cancellation Policy: The deposit fee of $100 is not refundable unless Hexaemeron cancels the workshop. If Hexaemeron cancels the workshop, all fees, including the deposit, will be refunded in full. A participant may cancel his or her own enrollment by June 1 and receive a refund of $1,150. Cancellations received after July 16 will be assessed a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be offered for cancellations during or after the workshop.
