NOTE: Workshop begins with an introductory lecture at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 2. Workshop ends Saturday, Sept. 8 at 11:30 a.m.

The Workshop is open to 25 students. Tuition is $625, which includes six days of instruction, all materials necessary to complete an icon, a detailed instruction manual and prototypes.

$100 nonrefundable deposit is required to be placed on our participant list. It is highly recommended that you send your registration deposit as soon as possible to ensure your seat at the workshop. Workshop space is limited and reserved on a "first-come, first-served basis."

Please note that the postmark deadline for remaining tuition of $525 (payment in full) is Aug. 1, 2007.

Cancellation Policy:
The deposit fee of $100 is not refundable without exceptions, as stated. Cancellation of the remaining tuition fee of $525 will be accepted without penalty until Aug. 20. Cancellations received after Aug. 20 will be assessed an additional $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be offered for cancellations during or after the workshop.

Living Waters Catholic Reflection Center Accommodations
The workshop tuition fee does NOT cover lodging and meals, housing & meal costs are separate and in addition to workshop tuition. Low cost accommodations & meals are available at Living Waters Catholic Retreat Center: 101 Living Waters Lane, Maggie Valley, NC. Three meals a day, Monday, Sept. 3 through Friday, Sept. 7, and breakfast on Saturday, Sept. 8, are included with prices listed below.

	HEXAEMERON makes all housing arrangements at Living Waters Catholic Reflection Center for 6 nights: Sept. 2 - Sept. 7. Check-in time on Sunday, Sept. 2 is anytime after 3 p.m. Checkout time is by 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2007. Note: In order to guarantee your housing arrangements, full payment for housing & meals must be received by Aug. 20, 2007. 	I do not need overnight accommodations at Living Waters. Note: Commuter fee of $20/day is required for those not lodging at Living Waters Catholic Reflection Center. $110 for the week.
