Join us at St. Thomas Seminary in historic Connecticut June 12 - 18, 2016. The course is offered as a retreat with lodging and meals provided. It begins with an introductory lecture at 7 p.m. on Sunday, June 12. and ends Saturday, June 18 at 10 a.m. Make travel plans accordingly.
The workshop is open to 12 students.
FEES AND SERVICES
$ 775 Tuition Fee includes live instruction, work manual and all materials needed to complete an icon.
$ 575 Lodging & Meals Fee covers six nights and three meals a day.
$1,350 Total retreat package
Commuters are welcome to join us and pay the tuition fee ($775), plus $300 for meals without lodging.
$1075 commuter package
$300 nonrefundable deposit is required to be placed on the participant list. It is highly recommended that you send your registration deposit as soon as possible to ensure a seat at the workshop. May 1, 2016 is the deadline for payment in full. Registrants after May 1 will be placed on a waiting list.

Please include a note that clearly states which course (embroidery) and location (St. Thomas Seminary) you wish attend and whether you will be a resident at our facility or you will be a commuter. Cancellation Policy: No refunds are offered for cancellations after May 1, 2016 because we are assuming the expenses of bringing an expert teacher from Kiev to the USA. Only substitutions will be accepted. In the case that Hexaemeron cancels the workshop, a full refund will be made, including the $300 deposit.
